OwnerRez
OwnerRez is used to manage reservations, availability, rental agreements, guest communications, and other booking-related functions.

Stripe

Truvi
For eligible direct reservations, Truvi may be used for guest screening and damage protection. Information such as your name, email address, phone number, and reservation details may be shared with Truvi for these purposes.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. Quiet Shelters does not directly store full credit card numbers. Certain reservations may include a temporary security deposit authorization or hold. These transactions are processed by our payment processor and reservation system.

Certain direct reservations may be screened through Truvi to help identify potentially fraudulent or high-risk reservations and to provide damage protection. This may involve sharing basic reservation and contact information with Truvi. Additional verification may be requested in limited circumstances if required by the screening provider.

Our website and booking tools may use cookies or similar technologies necessary for the website and reservation system to function properly.
